Doug provides general counsel representation for special districts, municipalities, and local government authorities. Before joining Collins Cole Winn & Ulmer, PLLC, Doug practiced law with a focus on land development and real estate issues.

Doug received his undergraduate degree from the University of Otago in New Zealand and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
