Grant Chayet enjoys working with special districts, municipalities, and local government entities to accomplish their goals. He obtained his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a proud “double buff.” Prior to joining Collins Cole Winn & Ulmer, Grant served as an Attorney Fellow for the Denver City Attorney’s Office where he litigated Subpoena Duces Tecum matters on behalf of the Denver Police Department, drafted and reviewed various contracts for venues such as Red Rocks and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, and assisted in resolving legal issues during the 2023 Denver Homeless and Migrant Emergencies.

Outside of the office, you will likely find Grant having a blast at a Red Rocks concert, at a coffee shop reading a fantasy novel, or at home cooking up a storm (and attempting not to make a mess in the process).
