Paralegal Kayla Hall has over 12 years of legal experience. Kayla assists our clients with statutory compliance, meetings, elections, continuing disclosure, inclusions/exclusion, and other matters. She has a broad background in real estate, contracts, employment, litigation, public utilities, water, and insurance law. Kayla has worked for companies of varying size from Fortune 500 to smaller start-ups. She has played a major role in cases, including the largest ski resort acquisition in history and Covid Management for the ski industry following mandated closures.

Kayla obtained her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Communication Studies and Business, went on to earn her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Colorado. She is an actively licensed Real Estate Broker through the Colorado Division of Real Estate.

Kayla is a native of Colorado and was raised in Basalt and is an avid traveler who lives in Littleton with her husband, two children, and their two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and skiing. She also enjoys volunteering with WildKind as an Ambassador, where she gets to encourage people to get outdoors and explore our beautiful state with their families!
