Rebecca Zisch provides general counsel representation for special districts, municipalities, and local government authorities. Rebecca brings with her experience representing and leading government authorities, as she was a Senior Assistant Attorney General at the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office as well as the Executive Director of the Wyoming Real Estate Commission and Certified Appraiser Board. Rebecca also litigated cases as an insurance defense attorney handling personal injury, premise liability, construction defect, and homeowners’ association cases. Rebecca has a passion for navigating her clients through the intricacies of government law to help them confidently achieve their goals and objectives.
Rebecca received her Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law, a Masters in Resource Law Studies from Denver University Sturm College of Law with a focus on Energy and Water Law and Policy, and a Bachelors of Art in International Relations and English Writing from Wheaton College in Illinois. Outside of the office, Rebecca enjoys taking advantage of the great Colorado outdoor activities like running, hiking, climbing 14ers, and paddleboarding, as well as traveling, exploring local coffee shops and bookstores, and playing soccer and ultimate frisbee.
