Rebecca Zisch provides general counsel representation for special districts, municipalities and local government authorities. Rebecca brings experience representing and leading government authorities, having served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General at the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office, as well as the Executive Director of the Wyoming Real Estate Commission and the Certified Appraiser Board.

Rebecca also litigated cases as an insurance defense attorney, handling personal injury, premise liability, construction defect and homeowners’ association cases. Rebecca has a passion for navigating her clients through the intricacies of government law to help them confidently achieve their goals and objectives.

Rebecca earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law, a Master of Studies in Resource Law from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, focused on energy and water law and policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and English writing from Wheaton College in Illinois.

Rebecca enjoys taking advantage of the great Colorado outdoor activities like running, hiking, climbing 14ers and paddleboarding, as well as traveling, exploring local coffee shops and bookstores, and playing soccer and ultimate frisbee.
