Both the Colorado Constitution and the Colorado Statutes encourage local governments to work together cooperatively to achieve higher levels of service, efficiencies and cost savings — exactly our philosophy for business and government! We actively serve existing service authorities, including water authorities, water and sanitation authorities, fire authorities, and 911/ETSA authorities.
